1. Collection of personal information

  • liica,Inc. (Hereinafter, “the Company”) may ask you to provide your personal information when you first use our service.

The Company may provide personal information collected thereby to a third party(ies) after statistically processing such information based on age distribution, hobby and preference distribution, use histories, etc., and/or may make such information publicly available, but only after making such information personally unidentifiable.

3. Provision and disclosure of personal information

  • The Company will not provide or disclose personal information to any third parties without the consent of the Customer.
  • The Company may disclose personal information to its partner companies and/or its subcontractors to the extent necessary for the provision of its services only after obtaining the consent of the Customer. In such cases, the Company shall apply appropriate measures to ensure that its partner companies and/or its subcontractors do not use personal information beyond the scope of the intended purposes of use, such as by signing non-disclosure agreements with these companies, thereby preventing these companies from divulging or providing the personal information to any third parties. In addition, the Company may cooperate with orders to disclose or provide personal information, provided that such orders are issued by public institutions, such as the court, prosecutors and police, or are issued under the law.

4. Safety management of personal information

  • The Company takes necessary and appropriate measures with all efforts possible in handling your personal information, safeguarding personal information from leakage, loss, damage, modification, unauthorized access, etc.
